Quentin De Boever - A little bit about me.

My name is Quentin, which I inherited from the famous movie director Quentin Tarantino. I was born January 4th, 1998 which makes me 19 years old. When I was still a toddler, I started getting interested in cars. My passion for cars actually started with hot wheels, which I had many of. I would play with my little toy cars and let me tell you, it was great. My parents always saw how much I enjoyed them, so one day my dad put on a formula 1 race. I believe it was the 2006 Spanish Grand Prix. My dad turned up the volume and I was blown away by all of it. I started buying car books and researching all sorts of cars online, and I became addicted to cars. When I was around 9 years old I started playing Need for Speed, and very shortly became addicted to it. Every year for the next 4 or 5 years, my grandparents would buy me the new Need for Speed game for Christmas. I certainly was overjoyed every time I got them. Anyhow, I won't keep you reading too long, so let's continue. The next couple years I learned a lot more about cars and researched formula 1. I started actively watching formula 1 in 2010 and my dad saw that I really wanted to race just like all of the formula 1 racers. So in the summer of 2011 I got my first chance to drive a race kart, a 2010 Tony Kart with Rotax Junior specifications. I've been racing ever since then and have continued to learn as I keep improving. My ultimate goal is to race as much as possible and experience all types of cars as well as forms of racing.
